This machine adopts mechatronics design and is mainly composed of force sensor, transmitter, microprocessor, load drive mechanism, computer and color inkjet printer. The imported photoelectric encoder is used for displacement measurement. It can automatically calculate the stress, elongation (extensometer is required), tensile strength and elastic modulus, and automatically count the results; Automatically record the force value or elongation at the maximum point, breaking point and specified point; The computer is used to dynamically display the test process and test curve, and to process the data.
